Oh MAN. The tears - the tears are coming. This wine is LIT! So, notwithstanding that we were eating the greatest lasagna EVER at the winery 2 weeks ago, 2016 single-vineyard Brunello (Pomona), with a price like this, is a time/space continuum anomaly, a quantum disruption. 96 POINTS, ahem, and a wine of gorgeous sensuality, fine texture, rich, complex layered fruit, herbs, rose petal, mint and such a deep, awesome character...guys, please, did you see this price??!! A classic from that vintage we keep braying about and a wine to keep for a decade. MADNESS indeed on this chilly Friday -- way, WAY over 50% OFF!!
