- This is a rose MADE as rose, not from the saignée method (bleed off from red wine). That’s a good thing.

Sorry. We can’t help it! We’d be too embarrassed to tell you how much of this will get consumed in the next 6 months by us (although experience tells us this holds very well for a few years, easy). We’re talking...hikes, boats, parties, poolside, kids games, 4th of July, anytime sushi is involved, not to mention tacos and pizza and OMG, stop us right now.

** Oh, what’s it like? Bone dry. Roses, seductive hints of raspberry, cherry, and citrus for days. Mouth-watering acidity and freshness, a pretty impressive finish for a rose, fine balance and weight, clean, pure, just perfection. MMM!
Via Rivetti is the road that runs through our vineyards and gives its name to this wine. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day and with the use of dry ice to preserve the characteristics of the grapes and obtain a good glass that is not binding and can be consumed daily.

About The Producer
Massimo Rivetti Family Farm with its 25 hectares, cultivated under the organic certification, grows both traditional and international grapes. The annual production is around 100.000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d’Alba. All the fields are grouped around three farm houses: Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. Inside the first one, situated into the village of Neive, there is the winery which is built on Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.
