This hand crafted limited edition Cabernet Sauvignon wine is intensely pigmented with ruby/garnet color. The initial aroma is a signature Coombsville Cabernet rich with flavors of ripe red plums, black currants and berries, accompanied with a symphony of vanilla, clove, and nutmeg from the French Oak barrels where the wine was aged. Ideal ripeness of the grapes created a balanced wine accross the palate with silky soft tannins and fruit that is a rich mouth-feel of pleasure and tantalizing feeling that makes you want more.
