Stags' Leap Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019 (Half Bottle 375mL) - Last Bottle

Stags' Leap Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019 (Half Bottle 375mL)

STAGS’ LEAP, good people!!! 93 POINTS! The stellar 2019 VINTAGE! Utterly textbook, compelling, tremendous NAPA CAB for a price that is simply breathtaking. 45% OFF on these wee ones??? Time to get another case – seriously…I can’t stop cracking these open! Valentine’s Day picnic? You better believe it!

Blackberry preserves, black currants, boysenberry pie...DROOLING! Velvety notes of dark chocolate, and Tahitian vanilla too. And spice cake – heady, intoxicating, mind-reeling sensations of clove, allspice, fresh pipe tobacco, cedar, and sage...just...classic. This winery has been making Napa greats since the 1800s, and their 1970s-era wines are considered legendary (1974 petite sirah is one of my favorite Napa wines...EVER!). This 2019 is a real treat – an amazing vintage, and impeccably balanced through and through. At this price?!?!

I mean, we’re talking just over TWENTY BUCKS…for REAL?! You can still get these for a full $35 at the winery – but we worked out a deal and we’re just gonna run with it!!! Adorable (and spectacularly convenient) little half bottles, so rich, so full, so absolutely SILKY, juicy, and dark. Perfect for two glasses (and a wee bit of a topper) on your next date night. These are gonna FLY! Did you see the price? These marched out of our cool warehouse right after we unloaded them off the truck a few months back, and then again a few months later, but we got our guy on speed dial and snagged another drop of delightful and legendary Napa goodness at this incredible price. You're welcome. Better STOCK UP, folks, this well can’t run on forever!

Bring on the WEEKEND!

About The Producer

In 1872, a vineyard was born, when the Grigsbys planted their first holdings on what would become the Stags’ Leap estate, but winemaking on the estate did not begin until 1892 under the Chase family ownership, in the moments between the high life of California royalty, they had decided to make use of the grapes growing on the property while the Manor House was in construction. Today, the centerpiece of Stags’ Leap is the wine (though the gorgeous grounds and parties don’t hurt.) Senior Winemaker Ludovic Dervin, a native of Champagne, France, started his career as a “flying winemaker,” where he traveled around the globe to study new and old world winemaking. He studied in Greece, South Africa, and California– his travels are the heart of his winemaking philosophy.
