It is a rare event, something like a blood moon/eclipse/supermoon/aliens landing type of rarity to get ANY Cabernet made by Celia, much less at the best price you will ever see (really, wow). Keever might be one of Celia’s most under-the-radar clients, but OH MAN is it EXQUISITE. This hits all the buttons, yes indeed --- waves of lush blue fruit, what reminds us of the most decadent, luxurious chocolate/mocha you can buy, wonderfully harmonious toasted spices, crazily layered and POLISHED. That’s really the deal -- so balanced, silky and polished...how does she do it? Just read the stellar reviews below….trust your Napa wine merchant...this is gorgeous Cab that totally won’t harsh your mellow or your wallet. ASTOUNDING to have this in our warehouse --- we pretty much already drained the bottle this morning!! But for all that is good and holy in this world, if you love SEXY Napa Cabernet, do it quickly --- super limited! Wow!!

About The Producer
Winemaker, Celia Welch, determines when the grapes will be harvested based on flavor development, not laboratory numbers. Celia walks each of the vineyard blocks, examining the fruit and tasting the berries. When she feels they have reached their peak of flavor, then, and only then, do they pick.
Keever Vineyards understand the importance of handling the fruit gently at every stage. They built their winery around a gravity flow receiving system which allows them to move fruit from the vine into the fermentation tank with kid-glove treatment. Their fruit moves along vibrating sorting tables where every cluster is inspected to make sure only the perfect berries are used. Anything less than a perfectly round, perfectly ripe grape is removed. This entails endless hours of tedious work.
Each vineyard block, and hence each fermentation tank, offers unique nuances and receives individual attention. Every day of fermentation, evaluates each fermenting tank, carefully gauges the progress of the juice or wine, and gives specific instructions so that they may realize the best flavors and aromas from the fermenting must.
