Zaca Mesa Estate Syrah Santa Ynez 2013 - Last Bottle

Zaca Mesa Estate Syrah Santa Ynez 2013

WOW! Some of the more, shall we say, “experienced” wine-slingers here at Last Bottle World Headquarters remember selling this venerable fan-fave way back in the perm and fanny-pack filled 80s!! Zaca Mesa has been a pioneer in Santa Barbara since 1978 --- and we just landed a FANTASTIC steal on the 2013 -- 50% OFF! Rich, savory, sexy stuff! Priced like the 80s, too --- we’re turning back the clock!

You’ve got to like this big, dark, smoky and serious stuff --- it ain’t for lightweights. No, this 2013 Syrah is beefy, rich, packed with dark blue/black fruits, pepper, sage, crushed flowers, smoky wood and espresso, licorice, Kahlua, blueberry, black olive... --- just amazingly powerful, intense wine for this wicked-crazy price. A good one to hold a few years, too, although it’s good to go now, especially with a pepper steak or something savory like teriyaki...oh yes!! Now we are talking!

Wish we had more, but we couldn’t pass up this killer deal --- get a Syrah classic while we got it in the warehouse!
