And we are SPEECHLESS to have snagged a small parcel of the luscious, sexy 2015 ---- as much, admittedly small, as we could get. BLOCKBUSTER, lush, opulent Napa Cabernet, from a spectacular vintage in our little Valley.
You are seeing that price, right? We must urge, no, PLEAD, yell and scream that you move lightning fast to get a few of these in your hot little wine-loving hands...Cab deals like this don’t come around nearly enough!!

If you just Google Jean these days, you will see a raft of critical acclaim and raves and scores. The same sourcing and winemaking goes into Theorize --- here we have a rich, opulent, lavishly spiced wine that sings with strawberry pies (like, a whole factory of them all hot out of the oven), cherry preserves, spicecake, vanilla bean, sweet herbs and whiffs of coconut....it’s hard to wrap your head around it all!!! Anyway, we are sure you will LOVE love love it.

Dark ruby with touches of royal red and garnet. Beautiful balance of spices like nutmeg, thyme with cherry pie, cedar, vanilla bean, touches of coconut and molasses, gingerbread. Fresh but lush entrance evolving on ripe sweet fruit like cherry preserve, macerated strawberries, lingering on tannins, and cinnamon.

About The Producer
Theorize is a brand that was created out of an idea to whole heartedly
produce a brand with great price to quality ratio, and we did just
that. That idea became a theory and that theory became reality. In
turn we Theorized! In order to accomplish this Theory, we needed a really
good winemaker. One who could seek out the fruit and then create a
beautiful wine that over delivered for the price point. That consulting
winemaker is Jean Hoefliger. He consults for Theorize along with
numerous other brands across the world. Jean’s training has taken him
from Switzerland to South Africa to Bordeaux and now California working
at some of the most prestigious wineries in the world. Jean has an
amazing ability to see potential in things that most cannot.
Theorize
sources fruit from all over the Napa Valley as well as California to
make the best wine that we can possibly make year after year. We focus
our efforts mostly in the Napa Valley, making a Sauvignon Blanc,
Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon and then for fun we make a very unique
Zinfandel that is blended from different appellations in California.
