See below for Refrigerated Summer Shipping Info
* Please note, during extreme heat during the summer months, or extreme cold during the winter months, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse. If you feel this may be a problem because of a time sensitive package, please email us. Orders placed will usually ship within the next 2 business days, weather permitting. Faster shipping options may be available. All packages are packed in styrofoam containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)
Last Bottle will automatically add a 1% fee to cover all insurance for each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to waive the insurance, you may do so by un-checking the box during the checkout process, however, this waives all responsibility from Last Bottle.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from LastBottleWines.com. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored!

Summer Shipping – Refrigerated/Ice Packs
The safest option during the hot summer months is to HOLD your wine here in our temperature controlled warehouse. However, if you must ship, we use the following methods:
CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, NV, AZ, HI, AK – we will include an ice pack in your shipment for $1 to help keep your wine cool during transit. **Please note - an ice pack will not protect against extremely hot weather, so the warehouse may temporarily put your order on hold if they feel it is too hot to ship. If you request to ship at that time, you are assuming responsibility for any heat damage that may occur.
All other states – your wine will ship on a refrigerated truck to your area hub. UPS then takes over and scans your shipment, and makes the delivery. (UPS trucks are not refrigerated). The hub can put an ice pack in your shipment before UPS takes your wine, and that is a $6 charge.
Refrigerated trucks come once a week on Thursdays.
UPS is the only shipper available with this refrigerated service. (If your depvery address is a FedEx location, please make other arrangements during the summer).
If you are in a Southern state, the ice pack is a requirement,
and will be your only choice on the purchase page.
If you are in a Northern state, you can choose whether or not to include the ice pack.
A UPS tracking number will be created for you when your order is printed, but you will not see any activity on the number while the wine is on the refrigerated truck. Activity will start when UPS takes possession and scans the package at the area hub.
If the refrigerated truck arrives at the area hub late in the week, the wine will stay refrigerated over the weekend, and UPS will not take the shipment until Monday evening.
